You can make an online reservation by selecting your desired package on our website. For installment payments, the full amount is charged in advance; for cash, bank transfer, or single-payment transactions, only 10% is required as a prepayment. You can pay the remaining amount at the hotel.
You can cancel for free up to 7 days before the program. Deposits are non-refundable for cancellations made less than 7 days before. Please review our cancellation policy for details.
Airport-hotel transfer is included. Flight tickets are not included in the package. All transfers during activities are covered by the package.
Accommodation is free for children aged 0-6, and children aged 7-11 receive a 50% discount (children aged 12 and above are charged the full price). Most activities that children can participate in are paid, so please contact our team for detailed activity information.
We offer online credit card payment, bank transfer and pay-later options. You can secure your spot with a 10% deposit during reservation.
