TATILEDIN DIGITAL SERVICE AGREEMENT
Article 1 - Definition
Subject of the agreement: Reservation transactions made by the BUYER through the SELLER's website electronically or via the call center.
The agreement is valid from the reservation date to the end of the organization.
All package tour contents on tatiledin.com are considered digital brochures.
Prepared within the scope of the Package Tour Agreement Regulation dated 15/05/2020 and numbered 31128.
Article 2 - Reservation
For prepaid reservations, the remaining balance is paid in cash at the hotel.
The BUYER is responsible for checking and digitally approving the date, price, product, and concept information.
Article 3 - Accommodation
Check-in from 14:00.
Early check-in request: available for an additional fee from the day before (a la carte dinner).
Rooms include a kettle, 1 tea/coffee, and 0.50cl water free of charge.
Prices are per person for 2-3 person rooms.
Couples: double room.
Singles: shared 2-3 person room with the same gender.
Single room: available with a surcharge.
Room assignment is at the organization's discretion.
Wireless internet is free.
No room fee refund for late arrivals.
Damage fees will be charged to the participant.
Article 4 - Transportation
Primary transportation to the event city/district is the participant's responsibility.
Bus station/airport - hotel and hotel - activity area transfers are included.
Article 5 - Other Provisions
Equipment damage is the participant's responsibility.
Those who do not follow the rules may be disqualified; no refund will be given.
Risks of nature and extreme sports are accepted by the participant.
Photos/videos may be used on social media and advertising.
Inability to participate in activities does not give cancellation/compensation rights.
No refund for unused included activities/services.
Skipass usage is calculated based on daily maximum passes.
Tatiledin reserves the right to change the program.
Article 6 - Cancellation-Refund and Date Change
Notification must be made via email at least 8 days in advance.
8 days before: 100% deposit refund (within 14 business days).
Date change within the same season is possible.
Same price date: no additional charge.
Higher price date: the difference is paid.
Lower price date: no refund.
Vacation rights can be transferred to another person.
Within the last 8 days: 100% refund possible with a verifiable force majeure.
Article 7 - Privacy
Information is not shared with third parties (except administrative/legal obligations).
Credit card information is not stored.
Necessary measures are taken within the scope of KVKK.
Article 8 - Bank Card Payments
No installment sales; all prices are upfront.
Installment arrangements are between the bank and the BUYER.
In case of cancellation, refund is made to the credit card.
Installment refunds are subject to bank rules.
Force Majeure
Earthquake, fire, volcanic eruption, flood, storm, hurricane, avalanche, natural disaster, epidemic.
Nuclear, chemical, or radioactive fallout.
War, mobilization, uprising, terrorism, sabotage, revolt.
Coup, civil unrest, strike, lockout.
Activities that cannot be done due to weather conditions will be replaced with alternatives.
Authorized Body
For defective or faulty services: TURSAB ARBITRATION BOARD is authorized.
Right of withdrawal exists within 24 hours.
